The body of the late famous model and actress Chula Padmendra has been placed at the Jayaratne Funeral Parlor in Borella for public respect and her last rites are scheduled to be performed this afternoon (02).
A 45-year-old mother of one who resided in Boralesgamuwa, she was found dead on the 31st of this month on a bed at the house of a businessman on Gangaramaya Road, Thumbowila, Piliyandala.
During today's funeral, it was special that the businessman also brought a large bouquet of flowers and expressed his condolences in front of her.
